Good morning, good evening, good afternoon. Welcome to the latest chapter of
the Sold by Paul podcast series.
This is where I take you guys behind the scenes of some of the best sold stories
I've been part of for the last 25 years.
And this is definitely one that will always stand out in my mind.
Now, it's nothing that I talk about at the time that it happens just because
very often it's not something the owners will always, you know, be okay with.
So in this particular case,
I had the chance to sell a client's home who just happened to be a celebrity
as well as a client and a very good friend.
Music.
If they simply look at the name on the ownership, as every agent when they're
looking at properties gets the chance to see, it would have been a familiar name for a lot of people.
But most importantly, I had the chance to help this wonderful family make a life-changing move.
And the story behind this property is great. They, they've been,
they'd been in this property for many years, raised their three kids there.
Again, great people, actually friends of my family as well as myself.
So this is something that was really important for me to make sure they did right.
So helping them get the house ready for sale, helping them get the house marketed
to the right people and making sure that the move from where they were living,
living to where they were going to live would be as smooth as possible.
And along the way of every move, there's always going to be a couple of bumps.
There's always going to be some turbulence that you don't hear about or see,
but we were able to get all of those things figured out.
And that includes sometimes home inspection issues.
Sometimes includes financing.
The list is endless. There's actually about a hundred plus things that can go wrong in a transaction.
It's important that you have someone who's dealt with those things.
And for me over 25 years, you can imagine I've dealt with them on multiple occasions.
So I know how to fix problems that some people just either don't understand
or have never encountered.
So hopefully this has been a helpful story to share, and I cannot wait to make
sure that your story is the next one to hear or to be told on this podcast.
