Good morning, good evening, and good afternoon. Paul Andrico here,
realestatepodcastshow.com.
Been spending the last few days working on my new studio, and I am very excited
to announce that I am back on the podcast as of today.
And I wanted to, again, of course, try to come back with something that was incredibly important.
And there is not anything more important right now, especially in the state
of how real estate is going,
across Toronto, across GTA, across Ontario.
There's nothing more important right now than the importance of your stories.
Storytelling is not often associated with real estate.
And I knew this coming into the world of podcasting that even in 2018,
podcasting and real estate really did not have much in common.
My goal was to, as best as I could, combine those two passions of mine.
That's the two things I really enjoy doing in my business life.
And to understand the importance of storytelling,
you do have to place an emphasis on marketing being more important than just
about anything that's going on with your properties.
So if you're going to be on the markets and if you're going to be competing
against other similar properties, maybe properties that are better than yours,
maybe some that are not so good.
You need to have something about you that stands out.
To explain storytelling, I'd like to talk about where the origin of storytelling
comes from, which is, of course, something that's been around for over 10,000 years.
In fact, the words, once upon a time, are probably the first four words most of us have ever heard.
And they remain just as powerful today.
A great story can make your property stand out from the rest.
To make sure it's done right, I've developed a framework that was based on a
historic marketing study that showed the power of storytelling and how it was
able to boost the value of certain items by over 2,000%.
I'll go, I'll say it again because I've said it before.
Choosing the right storyteller is far more important than just choosing another realtor.
You need to make sure that your property is featured on a platform that eclipses
everything else out there.
Once you're signed on with me, you're going to be able to share your story on
my podcast stage, which is the number one ranked real estate podcast show on
Google, Spotify, Apple, and well beyond.
And this will lead to results that are beyond your wildest expectations.
The secret advantage I have is that I can start promoting the podcast of your
home long before I ever listed for sale.
And what this does is it allows the story to build momentum and lead to a lot
more interest when it does come time to list.
So once you request your home value report from me, you will get my very detailed
five-step success system.
And this will be the framework for you to.
Getting the success that you are looking for when you're selling your home.
And especially right now, especially in a crowded market,
especially if there's other homes similar to yours and your objective is to
stand out above the crowd, you cannot simply do what everyone else is doing.
It is an absolute mistake. And it ends up being a mistake that could cost you
far more than just a few dollars.
It can actually cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars because you simply
did not use every possible medium.
And I'm not talking about all the basics. Everybody that sells your house will
use MLS, will use flyers, will use social media. These are all sort of what
I call the average approach.
But if you're going to take this to the next level,
you're going to want to be on a stage that is equal to a thousand billboards
on a thousand highways and tells the story of your home.
If you've been living there for 20
years if you've been living there for 10 years or five and your home is a 50
or 100 year old or older home there's so many hidden stories in those walls
and about that community and once you're.
Prepared. Once you've sat down, once we've sat down together and you've completed
the questionnaire that I prepare for you, you'll see that the questions are
so much more in depth than anything else you've been asked.
And very often, and this is the scariest part of real estate,
is that very often the agents will not ask you for this information.
They will come up with a narrative and very
often these days it might even be a chat gpt narrative about your property without
ever having done the background research without ever caring about the story
of your home your experiences there your community the people,
the shops, everything that makes your neighborhood what it is and made you buy
there is something that needs to be on the podcast.
So make sure you're signed up with me. Make sure that you've reached out to me.
Best way to do it, of course, paul.indrigo at century21.ca. or you can go directly
to the sign up for your wealth report.
So it's called realestatewealthreport.com. You can sign up right there for your
home value report to tell you where you're standing, how things are looking,
and that starts the conversation.
But either way, whatever you do, do not make the mistake of hiring anybody that
doesn't want to know the story of your property and doesn't ask you many, many questions.
And I'm talking about over 25 questions that I have to ask before we can ever begin.
And if no one's asking you these questions, you're going to have to assume that they don't care.
And that's not the person you want on your side, especially if that's the person
you're hiring to defend your property value, not a good idea.
A very poor investment if that's what you're doing.
So let's make sure and connect. Now is the time to be discussing if you're at
all thinking about moving this year.
Spring and summer are the really, really great times to do it.
And I do hope I get to hear from you soon. Thanks for tuning in.
