I feel like I've moved more people than the go train has from Toronto to Durham.
And I hope that I'm able to help you as well. So this report is going to be
updated on a regular basis.

In the, in the searches for that term. So that's a very powerful place to be.
That is literally above just about any other kind of marketing right now.
There's a completely different situation that's happening in terms of who the podcast listeners are.
And very often they are, they are the most affluent people in the community
that are listening to podcasts. perhaps you're one of them.
And that's, you know, maybe proof of why this is so important for you to be
featured here too, when it does come time for you to sell.
So let's go over some of the numbers and we'll talk about, this is the most recent market report.
So at this time, there are 2,445 active listings and 769 homes that have sold in the last month.
And the average days on market, this is a Durham wide.
So when I do your specific reports for Pickering, for Ajax, for Oshawa,
for Clarington, for Whitby, when I do specific reports for you,
that number is going to change.
So you're going to want to know what that number is. But right now,
average is just under 20 days on the market.
As far as average prices go, we're going to be starting with the detached home
prices, which are just a little over a million.
So 1.008 currently for detached average sold price.
For semi-detached, $771,000.
For average price for townhomes, $829,000.
And for condo apartments, they're $545,000.
So that's something that's really important for you guys to know as far as the average numbers go.
But I want to make sure that you get much more than just that.
That just gives you like a rough ballpark figure. I want to make sure you get
