This particular soul story is one of my recent favorites.
This client of mine has been someone I've been very close to for many years.
And after never having owned property, it was his decision to become a property owner.

So we did the research. We looked through a lot of properties.
We found a few. We got really close on some.
Some of them had some problems.
We decided to finally put all the money into the middle on this particular condo,
as a first step into the market this allowed my client to build equity to learn
the ins and outs of being a homeowner and if you do this right and i hope that you are,
thinking this way.
If you do this right the first time, once you make that next move,
once you leverage that first property into your second, it can literally be
a life-changing decision.
And that's the process that this client has gone through.
